As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth departmental coordination, and maintaining high standards across all areas. The Duties: Manage daily hotel operations and act as the point of contact for guests and staff. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Support department heads in achieving operational excellence across front office, F&B, and housekeeping. Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure swift resolution. Monitor and maintain health & safety, hygiene, and security standards. Prepare and hand over Duty Manager reports to senior management. Lead and motivate team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment. The Requirements: Previous experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a hotel setting. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in hotel PMS systems is an advantage. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
