Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, align practices with organizational goals, and support achievement of objectives through people management and development.
* Foster a Positive Work Environment: Effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
* Trade Union Management: Develop positive relationships with trade unions, engage in pay agreements, and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Performance Improvement: Guide improvement and support career advancement for internal talent seeking to develop.
* Training and Development: Support leaders with identifying needs, develop programs, and facilitate opportunities for employees.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation programs, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyse metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives and promote agility and adaptability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* CIPD qualification
* Previous HR manager experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
* Strong knowledge of Irish labour laws and employment regulations.
* Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and fostering positive relationships with trade unions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational development.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
