About the Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with one collaborative day in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data integrity.
* Reconcile marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accuracy.
* Process and pay invoices efficiently, adhering to company policies and deadlines.
* Set up new suppliers, conduct vendor screening, and manage supplier documentation.
* Provide administrative support for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and contract management.
* Assist with general finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
