The Position
* Inbound Customer Care
* Speaking with customers and potential clients to determine their eligibility and interest in aspects of B2B and B2C.
* Updating our databases with relevant information.
* Generating potential leads.
* Following up potential leads (i.e., emails, calls, etc.).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Experience in telemarketing/sales.
* Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Good phone manner and very clear speaking voice.
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Salary: From €13.00 per hour
