Mileage provided Onsite Parking Company logo clothing provided Main Responsibilities Responsible to the Quantity Surveying manager, responsibilities will include: Project Support and Cost Control:Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring project costs to ensure alignment with financial goals. Procurement and Contract Support:Collaborate with senior surveyors on procurement processes, support bid evaluations, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Valuations and Payments:Prepare and submit interim valuations, assist with payment applications, and support variation management. Risk Identification:Assist in identifying project risks and work with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders, providing necessary cost reports and updates under the guidance of senior surveyors. Team Collaboration and Learning:Work alongside our senior surveyor, learning through active participation and contributing to a collaborative project team. Desired Skills and Experience Bachelors degreein Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field. 2-4 yearsof experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry. Familiarity with procurementprocesses, contract administration, and Irish construction regulations. Strong analyticaland communication skills.
