The Healthcare Quality System Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join its team! The Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to organizational leaders and management on compliance and regulatory matters.
The incumbent will be expected to partner with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance of new systems. The Compliance Manager will assist in completing management review meetings to review key metrics with stakeholders on the health of their business on how it relates to quality system standards. The incumbent will assist the business in preparing and participating in numerous audits. This employee will assist in reporting on quality metrics for the business in order to meet standards. They would also ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are created to cover all groups within the span of control. The employee will be primarily supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Additionally, this employee may facilitate continual improvements that have been identified by audits and within key business processes.

Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
2. At least 3 years of general business or health care technology related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. At least 3 years of health information technology work experience.
Responsibilities
1. Must be willing to travel up to 10%, as needed.
2. Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed.
3. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
4. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Career Level - IC2
Responsibilities
1. Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments, and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and suggests recommendations for changes.
2. Conducts and facilitates internal and external audits to identify, evaluate, disclose, and appropriately remedy risks and deficiencies with some guidance based on complexity.
3. Coordinates the preparation of and may prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of the company as well as for internal and external audits and inspections.
4. Respond to security and/or compliance related requests and RFPs.
5. Update and maintain internal and externally facing security documentation.
6. Facilitate 3rd party audit activities.
7. Maintain and track required quality and/or security training for the GBUS.
8. Maintain and update security and compliance reporting.
9. Facilitate vendor security assessments as needed.
10. Assist in managing security, and/or quality, and compliance related projects for the GBUs.
