What you'll do: Assist in the production of high-quality quarterly and annual compliance reports for senior management and the Board.Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.Support the review, implementation, and maintenance of compliance frameworks.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of controls in mitigating compliance risks.Develop an in-depth understanding of key business processes and their associated regulatory risks.Execute compliance risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting.Provide guidance and advice on regulatory matters across the business.Maintain compliance databases and registers.Conduct AML sanction checks as required.What you bring: A compliance-related qualification or currently obtaining one.Previous experience working in a Compliance Function within an Insurance Undertaking.Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards including data protection, AML, and CPC.Excellent communication skills.Interpersonal skills.Ability to work cross-functionally within a team.Ready to make an impact?
