We are seeking an experienced retail Manager from a customer-facing retail operation, ideally a big box store, to take up the Assistant Manager role in our client’s store just outside of Tipperary Town.
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to €45,000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

The requirements for this Retail Manager Job:
* At least 3 years retail experience including direct people management experience.
* Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri would be a major advantage, DIY, and hardware background will be considered for this role.
* Proficient IT knowledge (excel, email, POS)
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues & stakeholders.
* Must drive, as you will be required to travel to different stores.
* Strong business acumen, customer focus and commercial awareness.
