Administrator - Admissions Department
Kerry MTU, Tralee Campus
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions Department in Kerry MTU. The role may involve a wide range of activities and areas, including but not limited to:
1. Processing and examining applications for services and claims.
2. Preparing and inputting student data, examination results, and admission documents.
3. Providing secretarial services to senior officers and department heads.
4. Maintaining accurate records, storing and archiving documents.
Requirements
* High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to handle sensitive personal data with discretion.
* Excellent planning, organisation, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and adaptability.
