Revenue Analyst - Hybrid | Meath | Permanent Our client, a renowned IT software company based in Meath, is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong financial acumen to optimise revenue growth and streamline financial processes across the organisation. This role plays a key part in aligning financial insights with operational strategies by working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. The RevOps Analyst will focus on analysing revenue data, forecasting trends, and developing targeted strategies to drive financial growth and retention. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning: Support the development of revenue and financial forecasting models, assisting with initiatives like pricing strategy adjustments, financial incentives, and market expansion. Financial Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyse data from CRM and financial platforms, providing stakeholders with actionable insights; prepare and present regular KPI reports that span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Financial Process Optimisation: Identify areas for financial and operational improvements, manage integrations to ensure data accuracy, and lead automation initiatives that reduce manual financial reporting tasks. Cross-Functional Financial Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and customer success teams to ensure financial alignment across goals and streamline financial operations. Revenue and Performance Monitoring: Analyse customer satisfaction metrics with a focus on financial impact, identifying opportunities for retention and revenue growth. Training & Support in Financial Processes: Drive change management for financial tools and systems, ensuring effective documentation and support for RevOps financial processes. Candidate Profile Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Finance-related roles or Sales Operations. Expertise in financial tools and BI software, particularly HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel. Strong skills in financial analysis, data manipulation, and revenue modelling. Highly collaborative with experience in finance-focused stakeholder management. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple financial projects.
