Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage and lead security services across the contract.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery at all times.
* Develop and maintain effective communication links with colleagues within the site team and clients.
* Act as the point of contact for client-related services, delivering excellent customer service.
* Authorise, allocate, and record security staff absences.
* Liaise with clients and employees on internal and external activities, visitor monitoring, CCTV surveillance, alarm activations, and more.
Requirements
* Valid PSA Licence.
* At least five years of relevant experience.
* Administration and clerical skills.
* Full, clean driving licence.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm.
