We are Hiring Regional Director Homecare to a leading Nursing home in Dublin, Ireland. Permanent/full time

Responsibilities
* Promote the highest levels of care and service, ensuring that quality standards are maintained in all sectors of the business and in accordance with the Company, HSE, and HIQA requirements.
* Develop and manage relationships with clients, HSE/PHN/OT, and the home support office.
* Provide assistance and leadership to our healthcare workers.
* Ensure that all home care packages are completed on a timely and continuous basis.
* Ensure that all employees receive training.
* Oversee the rostering, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
* Work with HR to handle the recruitment process.
* Contribute to the development and marketing of the company.
* Manage the administrative and care staff who provide home care services.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a similar subject.
* A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is required, particularly in healthcare, home care/nursing homes, or social care.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities, as well as a track record of inspiring and motivating employees.
* Comprehensive knowledge of home care legislation and standards, particularly HIQA (in Ireland).
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on operational excellence.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams effectively, clients, families, and external stakeholders.
* Budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation expertise.
* Proficient in home care management systems and related technology.
* Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
