Location: Cork
Start Date: From September 2024 onwards

Job Overview: Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a German Sales & Customer Service Account Coordinator for a global Financial Services client. Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing customer service & warm lead sales queries from clients on a day-to-day basis.
2. Communicating with clients regarding products and subscription services to support their business and providing insights into how tailored products can positively impact their business and streamline processes.
3. Maintaining sales-focused relationships with key clients & accounts.
4. Identifying, researching, and contacting clients that could benefit from business propositions.
5. Having excellent product knowledge to advise and provide support and strategies to assist partners with their business needs.
6. Delivering and presenting personalized product pitches.
7. Acting as the initial point of contact between stakeholders and key partners.
Experience Requirements:
1. 1-2 years experience in a customer service / sales environment from any sector.
2. Results-driven with excellent people skills.
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Target and goal-oriented experience.
5. Tech-savvy with an affinity for technology and navigating through different CRM systems.
