Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor
Lead a dynamic team in a high-performing, regulated manufacturing environment as our Client seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to join their on-site team in Cork.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage, optimise, and innovate supply chain processes across procurement, planning, logistics, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of a team of 20+ professionals, including direct leadership of approximately 10 team members.
* Resource Planning:
o Ensure team and resources align with Purchase Order requirements and Sales Order demands.
o Oversee Procurement, Planning, Supplier Development, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to deliver on-time, high-quality results.
* Collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HR to maintain seamless operations, ensuring employee safety, engagement, and development.
* Performance Monitoring:
o Develop and track KPIs, such as On-Time In-Full delivery, inventory accuracy, and customer response metrics.
o Address gaps in performance with corrective actions while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
* Compliance with Known Consignor, Dangerous Goods Transportation, and import/export regulations.
* Process Optimisation:
o Leverage Lean methodologies to refine supply chain workflows, drive efficiency, and support innovation.
o Ensure robust control practices, accurate ERP system data, and streamlined inventory management.
Requirements:
* Experience: 10+ years leading teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Education: A qualification in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or a related field. An engineering background in Electronic/Electrical disciplines is a plus.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP, Known Consignor compliance, Lean principles, and project management.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Proven capacity to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from line operators to senior management.
Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum
