Barista Manager, (Full Time), Tralee, Co. Kerry
Corrib Oil Group are hiring for a Barista Manager who holds exceptional customer service skills to join our team at our service station in Tralee Co. Kerry. Reporting to Fresh Food Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
* Hiring new team members and onboarding them.
* Manage your team, including staff performance reviews, rostering staff, and resolving any employee issues including grievances in conjunction with the Site Manager.
* Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
* Ordering of stock from various suppliers.
* Office administration duties such as paperwork, cash handling, payroll, rostering, and reviewing policies.
* Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour.
* Executing marketing promotions.
* Ensuring safety and security standards are recognized and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety.
* To motivate and monitor staff so they are fully competent in their roles, placing an emphasis on the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Personal Profile
Requirements:
* Previous restaurant management experience of minimum two years.
* Food Safety Trained.
* Passionate about building a positive culture within the restaurant – focused on exceptional customer service, working together, delegating, and following up.
* Ability to spot the champions in store to develop into Supervisors and Managers.
* Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to both customers and colleagues.
* Ability to maintain a professional, well-groomed, and neat appearance at all times.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing customer levels as required.
