Role: Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator
Part-time 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday mornings)
Location: Clane, Co Kildare.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with the day-to-day processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
2. Input of purchase invoices to the accounting system, reconciliation of creditor statements, and dealing with supplier queries.
3. Input of sales invoices and aged debtor reviews to ensure that payments are received as per credit terms.
4. Payroll input and update of records.
5. Assisting the sales team with tender submissions.
6. Ad-hoc office and admin duties.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience of Sage accounts system desired.
Minimum of 3 years accounts experience required.
Salary - (based on experience).
