They are currently seeking a Senior Loans Administrator – Client Services to join their growing team in the IFSC.

Your Role
As a key member of the Loan Services team, you will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver high-quality services for complex fund structures.
This analytical and dynamic role requires the ability to manage and maintain a variety of complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events, supporting NAV administration. Additionally, it involves performing loan agency administrative functions and preparing documentation. You will be responsible for servicing a diverse portfolio of hedge and private equity clients with varying trading strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding the role of Loan Services in NAV reporting and collaborating with internal teams to meet monthly/quarterly deliverables.
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and ensuring timely resolution of account-related issues.
* Receiving trade details from clients and managing the settlement process within market deadlines.
* Reviewing LMA/LSTA trade documents, including trade confirmations, transfer certificates, and pricing letters, for accuracy.
* Liaising with trade counterparties and agent banks to facilitate timely trade settlements.
* Maintaining accurate trade status records and providing regular reports to management and clients.
* Ensuring trades are correctly settled on the back-office loan system and that documents are stored in compliance with audit requirements.
About You
* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Hands-on approach, comfortable working with various systems and learning new applications.
* Experience in maintaining control processes and following standard operational procedures.
* Flexible and adaptable to evolving operational needs.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within fund administration; experience in loan servicing is an advantage.
* Knowledge of a range of debt products, including syndicated (par & distressed), bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, total return swaps, and letters of credit.
