We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Generalist on behalf of a well-known and established Professional Services organisation.
HR Generalist
Dublin City - Hybrid role

Responsibilities:
* Support in general life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Assist with managing HRIS (SAP) in relation to day-to-day operations and liaise with IT team to ensure operational efficiency.
* Liaise with payroll team to ensure accuracy.
* Support employees with queries in a timely manner.
* Produce regular reports and oversee internal employee intranet.
* Process procedures relating to HR Policies and Procedures requests, such as sickness absence, leave of absence and oversee flexible working arrangements.
* Support on HR projects.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar position, ideally within professional or financial services.
* Proven experience managing SAP HRIS and supporting on queries from employees.
* Strong communication and analytical skills needed.
