Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Coleraine, Northern Ireland
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Ongoing
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to valued customers by identifying and recommending appropriate product & service options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings
* Ensure customers are at the heart of everything you do, focusing on getting it right first time
* Promote the convenience of self-service and digital options
* Deliver on commitments and promises
* Carry out activities accurately and efficiently in accordance with policies and branch operating procedures
Person Specification:
This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for customer service, enjoys talking to people, multitasking, and working in a busy team environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous customer service experience demonstrating a high standard of service in every customer interaction
* Self-motivated and energetic with the necessary drive to achieve agreed goals
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and work to tight deadlines
* An ability to adapt to new technology, including desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms
Desirable Experience:
* Prior banking experience
