Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate & Senior)
Description
We are currently seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join our team as full-time or permanent employees with Tier 1 main contractors, leading property developers, and large specialist sub-contractors across Ireland.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including:
* Estimating costs and preparing tender documents
* Managing project budgets and monitoring expenditure
* Resolving disputes and negotiating with contractors and subcontractors
Candidates should have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience working on complex projects in various sectors such as commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical. They should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Senior Quantity Surveyors will be expected to take on more senior roles, including managing teams and overseeing large-scale projects. They should have a proven track record of success in their field, with a strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
