Junior Product Sales

Wrentech is looking to recruit a graduate intern, or similar, for their full-time junior product sales role. This position would be best suited to candidates who are organized, IT proficient, driven, and eager to learn in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct support to the Sales Managers & Partners in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure growth targets are achieved.
* Assisting the Sales Managers with preparation of tender documents for project submissions to clients.
* Assisting the Sales Managers with the preparation of project cost estimates, presentations, and compiling packages.
* General admin liaising with customers and partners to ensure needs are met, contracts honored, parts delivered, invoiced & paid.
* Be capable of working on own initiatives and be the single point of contact with customers.
* Further develop and maintain the contact database.
* Adapt to become proficient at customer service cross-selling and up-selling techniques for our partners and principles.
* Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
* Develop expertise by engaging with our Principle Partners & Agencies.
* Support new and existing customers by liaising with our Principle Partners & Agencies to ensure prompt replies and training are provided.
* Prospect new opportunities & leads, and keep abreast of customer, market trends & opportunities.
* As required periodically, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibitions, and other events by preparing brochures and presentations, etc.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
* High level of proficiency & understanding with experience using M/S 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with a proven ability to work directly with customers and/or to manage self and assigned resources to meet schedule and budget requirements.
* Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
* Be capable of engaging with customers in a positive and approachable manner.
* High level of integrity and work ethic.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Some limited travel may be required home and away (Exhibitions for example).
* Good blend of commercial, sales, and technical skills are advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
* Candidates should have an engineering qualification or relevant experience in the field of designing/supporting high-quality equipment, and an expressed interest in engineering or designing/supporting high-quality equipment.
Job Specifics:
* Full-time position
* Mainly Monday to Friday, with the requirement to also attend exhibitions and/or training with our Partners on weekends or weekdays as scheduled.
* Reporting to: Managing Director
* Location: Carrigaline, Co. Cork
* Office-based role.
* Salary: DOE
