Our client in the financial services sector is embarking on a significant transformation to deliver on its corporate strategy, achieve cost and performance efficiencies, and identify growth opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Understand our client's service offerings and support delivery across their range of services.
2. Utilise skills in structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to drive profitability and performance improvement.
3. Identify areas for process improvement across existing ways of working.
4. Analyse and define business requirements through stakeholder engagement and reviewing existing processes.
5. Manage people and project teams, engaging directly with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of core business operations, gained through delivery of projects.
* Excellent relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within financial services/technology organisations.
* 5 years proven experience in delivering transformation programmes in Financial Institutes.
* Professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
