LONG TERM CONTRACT - 5yrs+***JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY: As part of the Engineering Project Delivery Team, this contract position is responsible for Schedule Management of a large portfolio of Engineering projects with respect to commissioning, qualification, validation and start-up operations within the pharma plant site.
These activities include but are not limited to: General Activities Coordination, organization and scheduling of activities within the Engineering department.
Coordination, organization and scheduling of activities within the Maintenance department with respect to annual shutdown.
Prioritize and schedule activities within the department to support business needs and to meet requirements of Master Production Schedule.
Coordinate with Operations, Planning and all site departments, (EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Commissioning & Qualification, Execution Systems, Manufacturing Science & Technology etc.)
to ensure successful delivery of Engineering & Maintenance projects per business requirements.
Participate in/ Lead Cross Functional teams as required General Responsibilities Creation & maintenance of detailed project schedules for all active engineering projects.
Generation & promotion of strong governance with respect to project scheduling & tracking.
Act as central point of contact for Engineering Department with respect to all Engineering project timelines Prioritize and schedule activities to support business needs and to meet requirements of Master Production Schedule.
Lead by example and strive to perform to high standards at all times Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by the Manager according to appropriate procedures, values and standards.
Carry out all activities in compliance with corporate and cGMP/EHS regulatory requirements.
Compliance with Engineering and general site procedures at all times Ensure that personal training requirements are completed in compliance with site procedures.

Report to Operations Managers and site SLT with respect to timelines for key site projects.
Lead the introduction and adoption of best in class practices with respect to Project Scheduling Be familiar with daily activities with respect to all Engineering projects Be familiar with the Master Production Schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:
A relevant third level qualification in Engineering, Business or Science.
DESIRABLE:
Qualification in Project Management / Project Scheduling Operations experience within a GMP regulated environment.
Experience of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility.
Experience of Primavera/MS Project.
Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
