Join a dynamic local finance team within a leading global organisation. As Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements, both locally and across the wider group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under Irish & US GAAP and Solvency II.
2. Lead internal and external audits from planning through to reporting.
3. Gain deep insight into data flows and system architecture, driving process improvements.
4. Collaborate with departments including Treasury, Tax, Actuarial, and IT.
5. Support finance-related data projects across business functions.
6. Maintain and enhance documentation of processes and best practices.
Skills & Experience
1. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
2. Solid knowledge of Irish GAAP and Solvency II reporting.
3. Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
4. Experience with financial systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
5. Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
