HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge. Our client, a leading US manufacturing multinational in Limerick, is recruiting an HR Specialist to join their global HR group.
The Job:
The successful candidate will provide full HR support to the Limerick-based employees and management teams, as well as acting as a key resource for the wider global organisation.
* Cover IR & ER engagement and resolve employee queries
* Coordinate training/L&D initiatives
* Lead recruitment for both internal moves and external hiring
* Manage HRIS & payroll data reporting
* Assist in implementing HR changes and new processes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A 3rd level degree in a HR or related discipline
* At least 3 years of HR experience in a large corporate or multinational environment
* Excellent inter-personal skills and proven ability to multi-task
* Strong IT skills
