About the Role
Location: Hybrid - Work from Home, with 3 days per week in Galway office (or more as needed) plus Manchester office based for 6-8 days per month.
Reports to: CEO
As the UK Enterprise Development Manager, you will be essential in helping to drive the sales strategy and growth of Galvia AI primarily in the UK. This role requires a dynamic individual who will support the sales team in various sales and market expansion initiatives. You will assist in developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain customers, ensuring the company’s growth targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Execution: Development and implementation of the sales strategies across multiple channels, including field sales, inbound/outbound sales, digital channels, and partnerships in the UK.
2. Proactive Business Development and Relationship Building: Build stakeholder maps, independently and proactively reach out to gain meetings and build rapport with decision-makers within your pipeline of prospects.
3. AI Accelerator Programme: Build on the success of the Irish AI Accelerator Programme for a Manchester launch and roll out. Implement the strategy for the UK roll out with the partner stakeholders for this programme.
4. Lead Generation Support: Assist in the development and management of lead generation campaigns to acquire new customers, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to customer acquisition.
5. Customer Success Support: Aid in cultivating and managing relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Support the development of top-tier onboarding processes for new clients.
6. Event Coordination: Assist in organising and attending industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote Galvia AI’s products and generate new business leads.
7. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
8. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline status to the CEO as needed.
