An international company with a large diverse workforce and operations across Ireland is recruiting for a newly created role of Cultural Change and Workforce Planning Manager to be based in their North Dublin headquarters.
This exciting opportunity will lead the change management within a specific business division, driving a high-performance culture, outstanding customer service, and a best-in-class approach.
You will have a sound commercial understanding of workforce planning and be able to optimize the levels of staff required in this fast-paced environment. Through the analysis of data, you will continually strive to improve the resourcing across the division and drive continuous improvement in all areas of business operations.
The organization has a number of different sites and challenges, as well as multiple key stakeholders with various demands. You will need to be an ardent relationship builder, comfortable influencing and driving change at all levels of the business.
This role would be suited to candidates with experience in a large, complex, and fast-paced organization.
You should have a strong understanding of workforce planning and labor costing, driving efficiency and identifying opportunities for revenue.
