Customer Relations Executive
A key member of our team delivering exceptional customer experience.
This role is ideal for a person with a skill set based on seeking solutions and must have a proven background in dealing with customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To be the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications via telephone, email, and postal services.
2. Ensure customer queries are recorded on our CRM system according to internal processes for accurate reporting.
3. Deal with customer queries promptly and professionally.
4. Take ownership of customer queries/concerns/issues and resolve them efficiently.
5. Maintain effective communication flow between internal departments, the customer, and the Dealer Network.
6. Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide monthly reports and ad-hoc requests.
7. Provide general administrative support to other team members.
8. Perform other reasonable tasks requested by senior Managers or Directors.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a key customer service role is essential.
2. Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and the dealer network.
3. Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high standards in customer experience.
4. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
