At Excel Recruitment we are currently recruiting a Purchasing and Systems Administrator on behalf of our client based in Dublin 12.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous admin experience looking to grow their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Duties: Provide admin support to the purchasing and systems coordinator.
Oversee keying/uploading of purchase orders ensuring they are tracked, and any potential delays are communicated to the purchasing and warehouse teams.
Manage back-order stock reports.
Update daily inventory figures for selected products.
Systems set up of new products and suppliers.
Maintain a close working relationship with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements: 2 years previous administration experience Fluent English Strong numeric and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills.
