A snapshot of your peer group:
1. Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
2. A working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems or a similar database system would be a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided
3. Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Prioritising work using time management and organisational skills
6. Good administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
7. Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
8. Proactively look for and take on tasks and provide regular feedback on status
9. A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability
10. Reliability / Flexibility

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
1. Providing full secretarial support to a Partner within our Tax practice
2. Proactive diary and email inbox management
3. Booking of Travel and Accommodation
4. Screen calls, taking detailed messages and handling queries
5. Coordinate meetings (in-person and hybrid), teams and conference calls, travel arrangements (domestic and international), business lunches and dinners
6. Inputting timesheets and processing expense claims for the Partner/Director group
7. Generating client fees and WIP reports and carry out monthly/weekly reporting
8. Create PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets etc and assist with proposals
9. Maintain internal databases of CVs, credentials, proposals etc.
10. Incoming and outgoing post
11. Provide cover for other secretaries in their absence
12. Assist with any other ad-hoc projects and duties as appropriate.
