Your Role:The Customer Success Manager, is a customer facing role responsible for managing a territory of existing accounts with a view to driving expansion of our product portfolio and ensuring retention across the account base.Your Opportunity:Responsible for growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing from existing enterprise client accountsResponsible for Quarterly & Annual Revenue TargetsManage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospectsProvide account management to an existing territory including support/product issue resolutionResponsible for tracking & logging customer information, forecasts and reportsRegular customer briefings on product news, roadmap & overall Tenable strategyWhat You'll Need:Business level Spanish essentialExperience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is preferable subscription based product to a diverse customer base with direct customer facing experienceAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partnerProven track record in SalesNetwork Security background preferred but not essentialAbility to adapt, overcome objections, learn from complex situations in a dynamic environmentStrong time management and prioritizingConsistent and documented track record of achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metricsacross both renewal & expansionStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines#LI-JG1#LI-Hybrid
