New role: FP&A Finance Manager
A global biopharmaceutical company in Cork is currently looking to fill an open position for an experienced FP&A Finance Manager for a 16-month maternity leave contract cover.
This is a hybrid role in Cork and would be an excellent opportunity for suitable candidates to gain varied experience in both inventory accounting and FP&A.
About the Role
1. Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, shipments, headcount, capital, and expense reporting.
2. Business partnering with site department heads to ensure they are aware of their spending versus budget and latest LE expectation.
3. Planning for annual budget and forecast cycles, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
4. Leading internal and external SOX physical inventory counting programs and attending bi-annual SOX walkthroughs.
5. Investigation and reconciliation of inventory balances and General Ledger account reconciliations.
6. Business partnering with various business teams to support OTC (Order to Cash) and IC (Intercompany) processes.
Desired Experience
1. Qualified Accountant with 5 years of strong, relevant post-qualification experience.
2. Experience in inventory and cost accounting is an advantage.
3. Experience in a manufacturing multinational environment would be a major advantage.
4. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceuticals industry is a plus.
5. Experience of SAP S/4 Hana & associated reporting (AO/WEBI) and forecast (SACP) tools would be a major advantage.
6. Experience of Oracle EBS & associated reporting tools (OBIEE) would be an advantage.
