Key Responsibilities:
* HR Operations Management: Oversee HR processes, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and consistency across sites.
* Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring adherence to UK, Irish, and Northern Ireland employment laws.
* Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and inclusivity.
* Performance Management: Lead the implementation of performance reviews and support managers in fostering talent development.
* Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and present key insights to leadership.

Requirements:
* A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of UK, Irish, and Northern Ireland employment law.
