Legal Personal Assistant Role
Our Client, a well-established firm based in Dublin 2, requires a PA to join their team. The role will support the Managing Partner and they are open to both part-time and full-time candidates. It would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Personal Assistant within a legal professional services environment.

Duties:
* Travel and diary management using Microsoft Outlook.
* Opening new files and maintaining existing.
* Event Management.
* Drafting documentation using PowerPoint and MS Word.
* Manage client relationships and taking telephone messages.
* General admin support, including archiving.
* Liaising with Solicitors on a daily basis, supporting when needed.
* Accurately managing soft and hard copy filing as well as updating the document management system.
* Assist the team with project requirements and other ad-hoc admin.
Skills and experience:
* An advanced working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong diary and event management experience.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally.
* Ability to work in a timely manner and to deliver high-quality work.
