Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience as a senior HR Specialist in a fast-paced sector such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail or FMCG.
* Education: A degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. CIPD qualification is desirable.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact.
