THE ROLEAs Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing key procurement and supply chain processes within the organization to drive operational efficiency, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for process improvement, design and implement solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include:Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure buy-in for process improvement initiatives.Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Process Mapping and Documentation: Document current-state and future-state process flows, including inputs, outputs, dependencies, and decision points, using standardized methodologies such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).Process Design and Redesign: Lead the design and redesign of business processes to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and optimize resource utilization.Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes, and establish mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and reporting.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies, and ensure smooth transition for impacted stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation, encouraging feedback, and implementing best practices in process management and optimization.Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to leverage technology solutions such as workflow automation, business process management (BPM) software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to employees involved in executing and managing business processes, and ensure adherence to standardized procedures and protocols.Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies and procedures, and establish governance frameworks to maintain process integrity and accountability.ROLE COMPETENCIESThe ideal candidate for the role will be an individual who can drive operational excellence and business transformation initiatives within an organization.
