The Quality Manager - Switchgear/Busbar is responsible to lead different types of audits internal and external on different administrative areas in order to meet the Quality Standards for the Quality System. Keep the correct calibration of our equipment/ verification of the process. Give required support to Supplier Quality Engineer on the control and improvements of the issues regarding Suppliers.
What kind of work will you be doing?
• Quality Systems.
• Review & planning of the audits according to the calendar.
• Coordinate the Quality Auditors and make a report with the audits results.
• Make functional audits on the Quality System of the division.
• Review of the corrective and preventive actions.
• Close corrective and preventive actions completed or solved.
• Verify if the auditors issued corrective actions during audits.
• Verify the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
• Internal program of the quality system audit.
• Program audits and assign them to each internal auditor.
• Assure that the Quality System is audited as it was programmed.
• Verify the program and the audit plan.
• Review the departments Manuals and Assurance for the elements to be audited.
• Planning of the Audits.
• Report Audit results to upper management.
• Coordinate the external Quality Audit process.
• Report issues on the progress for internal audit Quality Program.
• Bring strategies for corrective and preventive actions.
• Follow up with the Calibration Engineer and other functions required to assure the calibration of our equipment.
• Make the necessary negotiation with the external provider to make sure that the service is being done on time.
• Provide support to SQE on the activities related to increase the Quality Level of Suppliers.
• Provide support to SQE on request proper corrective actions to issues caused by Suppliers.
What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?
• 3 years of experience in the position.
• English 90%.
• ISO 9000 Lead Auditor.
• Experience on conducting Internal & External ISO 9000 Audit.
• Implementation of ISO9000 Successfully.
• 8-D tool.
• Continuous improvement Tools.
• Experience on Calibration Methods.
• Experience conducting QA Audits to Suppliers.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Analysis, Solving Problems and Making Decisions.
• Communicating Effectively.
• Must be action-oriented with an eye for finding opportunity and solving problems.
