Duties:
* Independently support enforcement processes in the area of Intellectual Property Operations, utilizing a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
* Identify gaps and trends to make recommendations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support projects, with some guidance. Adjust to changes and ambiguity, with some guidance.
Responsibilities:
* Uses policy proficiency to make enforcement decisions, take enforcement actions, and manage cases.
* Identifies enforcement trends, insights, and gray areas to inform policy updates and clarifications.
* Resolves escalated content questions from cross-functional stakeholders. Executes established processes and procedures for emergency escalations, incidents, or investigations.
* Supports project/program requirements and deliverables. Coordinates and communicates effectively with cross-functional partners based on project or program needs.
Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in intellectual property operations in copyright (DMCA) and trademark, or relevant experience in other notice and takedown oriented areas in privacy or trust and safety.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Strong written communication skills and ability to exercise judgment.
