About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Analyst Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the sales team is motivated and rewarded effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end administration of sales compensation plans, including plan design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
* Utilizing the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy and make improvements.
* Analyzing sales data and generating reports to track performance and the effectiveness of compensation plans.
* Working closely with sales leaders and other teams to understand their needs.
* Providing support and training on our compensation systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience in sales compensation and data administration.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and with others.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
