We are recruiting an Office Administrator / Accounts staff member to join a small friendly office team based in the Deansgrange area.
Co Dublin.
Ideally we are seeking a candidate with min 2-3 years accounts/administration experience or a candidate with a relevant qualification looking to gain further experience will be considered.
This role will work under the Accountant with support from the Financial Controller also.
You will work with a bespoke accounting system, specific to the motor industry.
Duties: Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable processes including entering daily purchase invoices and regular payment runs.Posting all receipts and payments on to the bank on a daily basis, including bank reconciliations.Bank ReconciliationsInvestigate and resolve any invoice discrepanciesReview debtors reports and follow up with customers regarding overdue balancesPosting and allocation of credit card statementsCoordinate with staff from all departments to ensure compliance with accounting proceduresGeneral office administration dutiesRequirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and competence in the use of Excel is essentialPursuing an accounting technician training course or similar would be an advantageMin 2-3 years admin/accounts experienceSalary: €35-40kHours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm on site (1/2hr lunch standard)
