Key Responsibilities:
Validation Leadership:
Drive compliance with validation requirements for new product introductions.
Define and characterise process, product, and test method validation requirements.
Prepare and approve Master Validation Plans, protocols, and reports.
Development Support:
Provide effective QA support for production line development and ramp-up, focusing on risk mitigation.
Offer quality expertise to ensure production lines meet cGMP requirements, including procedure approvals, FMEAs, and cleanroom practices.
Change and Quality Control:
Approve change requests for product, process, and quality system updates.
Identify and implement appropriate statistical techniques to monitor process performance, such as SPC, CpK analysis, and sampling techniques.
Provide functional expertise on quality-related issues, including non-conformances, CAPA, regulatory requirements, and statistical approaches.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technology (minimum requirement).3-4 years of experience in a manufacturing or equivalent environment, with direct QA experience (preferably in a GMP-regulated setting).Why Join?
