About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who is motivated by diverse projects and client challenges. As part of our hybrid working model, this role will be based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will have experience in project management, technical analysis, and stakeholder engagement. They will be responsible for owning and managing deliverables, ensuring high-quality work outputs, and collaborating with the team and client to meet expectations.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage your deliverables/workstream and/or project.
* Ensure high quality work outputs.
* Work closely with the team and client to ensure client expectations are met.
* Develop and mentor junior colleagues.
* Help identify opportunities on existing clients and support market engagement activities.
Requirements
* Full SDLC knowledge with experience working across all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
* Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders, workshop planning, and execution.
* Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders and ensure clarity of understanding.
* Previous experience conducting analysis on IT architecture environments, web services, software programs, and applications.
* Project management experience in both agile and waterfall environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Working knowledge of project tools including MS Plan, Asana, Jira, DevOps.
* Technical product knowledge, including SAP and CRM.
* Proactive, engaged, and driven mindset.
* Background in QA and/or understanding of QA strategies, planning, and execution.
* Background in Consulting or working with different customers/clients preferable.
* 3-5 years minimum experience.
