Role/ Department:
GFOP (Global Fund Order Placement) comprises of four departments: Fund of Hedge Fund, Fund Order Connect, Transitions New Business & Power of Attorney. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented partner to join our GFOP operations team. This role is instrumental in managing the completion of fund documentation for target funds, monitoring trade orders for daily European mutual funds, and ensuring accurate fund order routing through our sub-custodian. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively partner with client servicing teams and senior stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the financial services industry.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to face off direct with clients and confidently guide them through GFOP services.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Appropriate identification & escalation of issues to GFOP Leadership.
* Prepare various month-end and quarter-end reporting.
* Actively participate in discussion forums to identify best working practices.
* Proactively look to continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure GFOP remains a centre of excellence for trade order routing/placement and account opening.
* Results-oriented and driven to achieve success.
