Job Description QSHE Advisor
Reporting to the Quality Health, Safety & Environmental Manager, this role supports the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental standards across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the QSHE Manager, Group Companies & Departments in reviewing and creating quality, health and safety and environment documentation.
* Conduct QSHE audits, prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements to enhance compliance.
* Organise and deliver QSHE Inductions.
* Identify and evaluate potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
* Assist with providing QSHE, security and product safety awareness programmes to staff through various campaigns.
* Deal with QSHE enquiries from internal and external sources.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, safety concerns and near misses to establish root cause and implement corrective/preventative actions.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working to/with ISO standards (ISO 45001).
* Working knowledge of current Health and Safety standards and legislation.
Desirable Criteria:
* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* ISO internal auditor qualification.
* Knowledge of BRC Global Standards or Food Safety Standards.
