Position Overview
The Total Rewards team at Boston Scientific are responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs to support the organisation's strategic objectives. We're hiring a Senior Total Reward Analyst for a 12-month defined term, focusing on compensation for the EMEA region. As part of our team, you'll shape employee experience through competitive compensation packages, analyse market trends, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation trends to determine competitive position in relation to the company's strategy.
2. Determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to assign compensation program components (pay structures, variable pay).
3. Advise, educate, and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
4. Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
5. Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate action.
6. Resolve escalated compensation and benefits issues.
7. Oversee health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation, and benefits, base pay, and incentive plan administration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst desirable/preferable or in a related HR role.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and prioritization skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
* Flexibility to travel when required.
