What You'll Work On
Required Qualifications
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's advantageous.
2. Must have 4 years of relevant experience.
3. Understand the business needs of the company and have a thorough understanding of customer needs as they relate to projects.
4. Previous experience in leading projects across a cross-functional team.
5. Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally.
6. Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills.
7. Strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding, or skills and is willing to learn.
9. Familiarity with cGMP, FDA, and ISO regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Prior experience in manufacturing & qualification of ICs within semi-conductor manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in working with multiple manufacturing modalities.
3. Experience in working in front-end and back-end wafer manufacturing processes.
4. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.*
