They offer thermal insulation, high-temperature insulation, acoustic insulation, fire prevention, and fire-safe insulation products.
The company is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Manager to manage and maintain the existing customer base while expanding with new clients and projects as they arise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with technical requirements and innovative product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver sales plans in conjunction with the Sales Director to ensure sales targets are achieved.
* Interact with customers and manufacturers regarding product specifications.
* Sell the company's product range to existing and potential customers.
* Understand CRM systems and their importance to the business.
* Employ excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Forecast and collaborate with internal colleagues to ensure product availability.
* Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring optimal outcomes for both customers and the company.
* Maintain sales quotations, price files, and customer contacts as necessary.
* Update the Sales Director on all projects regularly.
* Adhere to best practices, emphasizing quality, H&S, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
* A relevant industry qualification or engineering degree would be advantageous.
* Show self-motivation with strong negotiation, planning, and consultative sales skills.
* Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
