Business Development Manager in Europe
Tandem is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across mainland Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Tandems market position in Europe.
* Identify and secure project and personnel placement opportunities.
* Build and maintain a network of client contacts across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors.
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and potential business deals.
* Develop tailored value propositions to meet client needs.
* Arrange and deliver client meetings, presentations, and networking events.
* Promote Tandems brand and services at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs.
* Support proposal development and ensure alignment with client requirements.
* Provide regular progress reports and insights on business development activities.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering (or a related field) preferred.
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment within the life sciences or engineering sectors.
* Strong industry knowledge and established network in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical devices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to company growth initiatives.
