Your New Role
As a key local HR Support for our production site in Donegal, Ireland, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational managers and ensuring the people strategy aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support large-scale manufacturing operations across Ireland, working closely with managers as needed to ensure business demands are met.
* Utilize HR and business systems to build and report on employee KPIs, enabling fact-based decisions that drive business success.
* Work collaboratively with managers and the broader HR team to provide guidance and support, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
* Assist with HR systems integration and change management initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Identify and evaluate development needs, supporting managers in creating departmental development plans to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with recruitment providers and hiring managers to recruit top talent.
* Resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Handle general HR administration and maintain personnel records.
* Provide accurate data for the payroll function for monthly payroll administration.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role. A HR or relevant degree is advantageous. You should have a working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM, and ORC, as well as strong IT skills, including HR databases and MS Office applications.
