A leading international organisation in the motor financial services sector is looking for a collection specialist to join their team. In this role you will be part of a busy, high volume collections operation. You will report directly to the collections manager. This is initially a 12 month contract.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts that are at later stage arrears. You will be contributing to the reduction in arrears, negotiating solutions for customer repayments and adhering to strict industry regulations and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have 5 years experience as a senior collections specialist, ideally in the financial services sector. You will have previously worked across case handling, arrears management and financial hardship processes. Holding an APA or QFA qualification would be of benefit but not a necessity. Strong communication skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to €50,000 DOE. The company has hybrid working options available to all staff once onboarded. This role is an initial 12 month contract with the view to extension. Once permanent, there are numerous benefits contributions, including healthcare, pension contribution and bonus scheme.
